Change Log

A new credit agreement status - “assigned” (dlflstat = 14) has been implemented.

This status shall be applied in cases where the right of claim under a credit agreement is assigned to another creditor in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, without classifying such transaction as a sale.

The logic of providing comp id = "76" descr = "Information from the Register of persons who have restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling (using credit funds)", contained in templates 10 - "Credit report of an individual", 12 - "Identification", 50 - "Information from the Register of persons who have restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling (using credit funds)", will be changed. The component comp id = "76" will be provided for the purpose of the request (reqreason) that are directly related to lending:

1 - Monitoring
2 - Loan application
4 - Online loan application
7 - Payment with deferred payment
8 - For credit limit calculation
11 - Guarantor/pledgee verification
12 - Leasing application

❗ reqreason = 6 (verification) cannot be used for lending, accordingly, component 76 will not be returned in such requests.

Updated 52 template "Identification by phone number and full name".

OLD - In the report, the phone number is reconciled exclusively according to the data transmitted by donors of the BNK type.

NEW - All types of donors who transmitted this number to the credit history are involved in the process.

In the comp id = "77" descr = "Identification by phone number and full name", a list of donor types from which the phone number used in the reconciliation was received will be additionally returned (according to ref. 54).

This status is intended for cases where a loan agreement is closed without full repayment, and the outstanding debt is transferred to another loan account.
