Editing the pool

To edit, you need to find the pool using search on the main page of the monitoring service:

After conducting a search, the user has quick actions available – such as details, activation/deactivation, deletion, and copying of the pool (see the table for details)

Browse through the pool details (in the opened window, you can proceed to edit the settings and triggers of the pool)

Activate the pool (in the active state, the pool starts scheduled checks based on established triggers)

Deactivate the pool (stop performing the checks)

Delete the pool

Copy the pool

Receive the performance report

Example: To activate the pool, click the “green checkmark” – the pool will automatically activate, and it will start operating with the set parameters.

 

Access the settings after the window with detailed information about the pool is displayed:

If you need to add/remove subjects for monitoring, triggers, or change the frequency of processing – click “edit”.

Next, we change the parameters we need. You can change:

  • Status of the pool

Created: Initial status. The pool has been created, but it has not yet commenced operations.
Active: The pool operates according to the set parameters.
Inactive: The operation of the pool has been suspended, and requires activation to resume.
Completed: The status assigned to the pool at the end of the working period. Restricts editing capabilities, allowing only copying or deletion of the pool.
Error: Used in the case of improper operation of the pool.

  • Processing frequency

  • End date of pool operation

  • Triggers (enable new or disable existing)

  • Entities for processing (add new or delete existing)

To save the changes, click “Save” button.
* Changes to parameters may implement with some delay.
