Editing the pool
To edit, you need to find the pool using search on the main page of the monitoring service:
After conducting a search, the user has quick actions available – such as details, activation/deactivation, deletion, and copying of the pool (see the table for details)
Icon | Action |
|---|---|
Browse through the pool details (in the opened window, you can proceed to edit the settings and triggers of the pool) | |
Activate the pool (in the active state, the pool starts scheduled checks based on established triggers) | |
Deactivate the pool (stop performing the checks) | |
Delete the pool | |
Copy the pool | |
| Configure result notifications for the pool |
Example: To activate the pool, click the “green checkmark” – the pool will automatically activate, and it will start operating with the set parameters.
Access the settings after the window with detailed information about the pool is displayed:
In this window, you can view the pool’s settings, download the full list of TINs/EDRPOU codes for the subjects, and also view the list of TINs that could not be added to the pool.
If you need to add/remove subjects for monitoring, add/remove triggers, or change the processing frequency, click “Editing”.
Next, we change the parameters we need. You can change:
Status of the pool
Pool end date
Triggers (enable new ones or disable existing ones)
Monitoring subjects (add new ones or remove existing ones)
To save the changes, click “Save” button.
Note:
Changes to parameters may take some time to be applied.
When adding TINs (to a pool with triggers that operate based on the credit history source), the subjects are validated for the presence of the submitted credit agreement. This process takes some time.
Viewing Invalid TINs
To see the list of TINs that could not be added to the pool:
Open the “Edit Pool” window.
Click the “Unprocessed or Invalid TINs” button.
A list of TIN addition events will appear (with event code and timestamp).
Select the required event.
At the bottom, either a list of invalid TINs will be displayed, or a message stating that none were found for this event.
