Creating a Pool

To create a new pool: On the main monitoring page, click “Create Pool” button.

When creating a pool, you need to specify:

  1. Name of the pool.

  2. Processing frequency is the periodicity of pool checks (daily, weekly, monthly);

  3. End date of pool operation;

  4. Trigger: Selection is possible from a list of already tested and recommended triggers, or add a new one with unique settings.

  5. Add entities for tracking – SSN or EIN, separated by a comma, for example: 41697882,44353644,… .
    up to 5 million entities can be added.

Upon completing the setup, after entering all the required information click “Save” button.

(!) The newly created pool will be assigned the status “Created.” In order for the pool to start functioning, you need to activate it; which can be done by changing the status of the pool in the editing window (search > edit), or by pressing the activation button (search > activate).

Activation may interrupt if the TIN fails validation:

  • Length greater than, or less than, 10 digits;

  • If triggers from the Credit History are added, and the entity is absent in our database.
