The request reason reqreason = 6 (verification) is not supported for reports 04/10/11/15/25/40/41/44/46/48/50.

A service has been added to verify whether an individual is included in the Register of persons restricted from access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling activities (including those using credit funds). The service response structure corresponds to component comp id = "76" and complies with current legislation. Interaction format: API.

Updated component comp id="29" descr="Public Registers". The attribute <riskLevel> has been added to the <inspectionData> element within the <inspections> block.

A component has been added to 22, 26 templates -

The phone number matching logic has been enhanced in the templates Identification by phone number and photo (6) and Identification by phone number and date of birth (34). It is now possible to control the matching logic via the donorscope request parameter:

• If donorscope is not provided or donorscope = "BNK", the default logic is applied: matching only against data provided by banks (donors of type BNK);

• If donorscope = "ALL" is provided in the request, data from all types of donors that supplied the phone number are used for matching.

When a request is made with donorscope = "ALL", components 12 - Identification by phone number and photo and 45 - Phone and Date of Birth Verification part will additionally return the list of donor types from which the phone number used for matching was received (according to ref. 54).

A new credit agreement status - “assigned” (dlflstat = 14) has been implemented.

This status shall be applied in cases where the right of claim under a credit agreement is assigned to another creditor in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, without classifying such transaction as a sale.

The logic of providing comp id = "76" descr = "Information from the Register of persons who have restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling (using credit funds)", contained in templates 10 - "Credit report of an individual", 12 - "Identification", 50 - "Information from the Register of persons who have restricted access to gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling (using credit funds)", will be changed. The component comp id = "76" will be provided for the purpose of the request (reqreason) that are directly related to lending:

1 - Monitoring
2 - Loan application
4 - Online loan application
7 - Payment with deferred payment
8 - For credit limit calculation
11 - Guarantor/pledgee verification
12 - Leasing application

❗ reqreason = 6 (verification) cannot be used for lending, accordingly, component 76 will not be returned in such requests.

OLD - In the report, the phone number is reconciled exclusively according to the data transmitted by donors of the BNK type.

NEW - All types of donors who transmitted this number to the credit history are involved in the process.

In the comp id = "77" descr = "Identification by phone number and full name", a list of donor types from which the phone number used in the reconciliation was received will be additionally returned (according to ref. 54).
